Anne Lockhart is an American actress. Her birth name is Anne Kathleen Maloney on September 6th, 1953. She is best known for her part as Lieutenant Sheba in the television series Battlestar Galactica (1978-1979). Lockhart is the grandchild and daughter of actor Gene Lockhart, as well as the actress June Lockhart. Lockhart's acting career began at a very young age. The character was not strong enough for her to accept the role. In the future, Glen came up with a completely new role specifically for her, with an even stronger character called Sheba. She was able to accept the Living Legend script after having read its initial 25 pages. The show ran for just one season. The actress co-starred on Joyride with Desi Arnaz Jr., Melanie Griffith (the daughter of Desi Arnaz Jr. and Lucille Bell), Robert Carradine and Melanie Griffith in 1977 and in The Dark Tower with Michael Moriarty (1987).
